The eighth annual Garfield Park Art & Music Festival (GPAMF) will be held on Saturday, Sept. 27 (rain date on Oct. 18) from 4-9 PM at the Garfield Park MacAllister Amphitheater and will feature local artists and musicians from Indianapolis.
